These researches are designed to expand and deepen the level of knowledge on corporate governance with the ultimate objective of generating model/models for corporate governance that is unique to the corporate/business setting.
Determined to conducts and organize debates & Round-table discussions designed to generate interest and facilitate the exchange of ideals and expertise among corporate governance practitioners, personalities and entities. The goal is to educate and create knowledge on corporate governance.
